Yolanda was preceded in death by her parents Roberts and Robbie Callahan and her son D.J. Smith.
She is survived by her husband David Eugene Smith of Shepherdsville; her children Amber Nicole Smith-Williams (Bryan of Altoona, PA., Kirk Perry of Louisville, and Sequoia Smith of Louisville; her grandchildren Haley Claire, Abigail, Jack Jack, Riley, Elleana Rae and Evelyn Jean Perry Cremation was chosen.
She was a member of 3% er.
