Tracy touched the hearts of many with her warmth, unwavering strength, and generous spirit throughout her life.

With deep sorrow and grateful remembrance, we announce the passing of Tracy Denise Hodge, who departed this life on July 20, 2026, at the age of 51. Born on October 17, 1974, Tracy touched the hearts of many with her warmth, unwavering strength, and generous spirit throughout her life.

Tracy was a beloved wife to Steve Hodge, sharing with him a partnership defined by love, support, and devotion. She was a cherished daughter of Fran and Bobby Renfro, who nurtured her through every stage of life and celebrated her many accomplishments. Tracy’s siblings were an important part of her life as well—her brother Darrell Renfro, sister Lisa Davis, and sister-in-law Terry remained close to her heart. Though she mourned the loss of her brother, Kenny Renfro, his memory lived on in the bonds they shared.

A devoted mother, Tracy poured her heart into her children: Travis McCoy and his wife April, Viktoria McCoy, Makenzie McCoy, Joey Shircliff, Michael Hodge, and Hannah Hodge. Her children’s lives were shaped by her love, guidance, and wisdom, and she took immense pride in each of their achievements and milestones. Tracy was also blessed with grandchildren—Harley Hodge, Riverlynn McCoy, and Jace Fisher—who brought her immeasurable joy and whom she adored deeply. She also is survived by her best friend, Karen Lewis.

Tracy was a member of Penile Baptist Church, an employee with Rock Solid Foundations, she loved going to the lake, her Kentucky Wildcats and riding the Harley with Steve.

Tracy forged deep connections with her family and friends, valuing each relationship and nurturing meaningful ties that enriched her life and the lives of those around her. Her compassion, empathy, and unwavering support for those she loved left a lasting imprint on all who had the privilege to know her.

She will be fondly remembered as a woman of strength and kindness, whose ability to face challenges with grace inspired her family and friends alike. Tracy’s legacy endures in the love she shared, the values she instilled, and the cherished memories that will live on in those who survive her.

As we celebrate Tracy Denise Hodge’s remarkable life, we honor her memory with the deepest respect and gratitude, remembering her not only in sorrow but in everlasting love.
