Thomas Wayne DuVall Sr., 65 of Louisville passed away Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Jewish Hospital with his wife by his side.
He was an Army Veteran and a Baptist by faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jewell T. and Immagene DuVall; along with sisters Sheila Hatchell and Betty Kesler.
Thomas is survived by his spouse Mary DuVall; his children Thomas W. DuVall Jr. and Christina DuVall both of Hillview; his brother Michael DuVall Sr. of Louisville; his step children Wallace and Eric Clark both of Louisville; along with many nieces and nephews.
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
