Tami Leigh Greenwell, 38 of Louisville passed away Monday, April 21, 2014 at Hosparus Inpatient Center.
She was a graduate of Southern High School class of 1994.
She is survived by her parents Susan (Robert Laflamme) Johnston of Louisville and David Gordon of La Grange; her children Hailey Marie Greenwell and Taylor Renee Greenwell of Louisville; her siblings Candace Huff of Louisville, Brandy Gordon of New Castle; her aunt Sherry Michelle Whitlow; her life partner Brad Kennedy; and Bobbi Jo Kennedy.
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
