He was a member of Shepherds Call Baptist Church.
Stephen is survived by his wife Shelly Kelley; his children Brennan Seidt, Hunter Laswell, Noah Boutwell and Autumn Kelley; his mother Joyce Kelley of Shepherdsville, his brother Johnny Kelley; his grandson Colton Seidt; along with his beloved pets Preacher and Lucy.
Memorial Service will be Thursday 7:00 p.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with Michael Compton officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday 4-7 p.m.
