He was preceded in death by his sister Tracy Perkins.
Scottie is survived by his mother Carolyn Barr of Irvington; his son Zachary Perkins of Boston; his brother Charles Perkins (Heather) of Taylorsville; his nephew Tray Ice; his niece Heather Ice.
Cremation was chosen by the family.
