Riley Perkins

Riley Perkins, 67 of Shepherdsville, passed away, at his home, on Sunday, February 19, 2023.
Riley was a Pentecostal by faith, and an all-around amazing person. Caring, helpful, generous and kind, he never met a stranger. He enjoyed fishing, flea markets and yard sales. A big teddy bear himself, he was also a big time Big Foot enthusiast. He was loved by and will be missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Martha Perkins; his brother, Doug Perkins.
Riley is survived by his children, Tina Rader (Josh), Jami Perkins, James Clark (Asia), Ashley Perkins, and Madison Perkins (John); his siblings, Brenda Perkins, George Perkins (Sandra), Ronald Perkins (Theresa), Darrell Perkins (Kim), and Katherine Wright (Tim); 15 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, along with many other nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 24, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home, with Pastor Mike Rodgers officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be Thursday from 1:00 – 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:30 a.m. until time of service.
