Lawrence Albert Bowman Jr.

Lawrence “Larry” Albert Bowman Jr., 83 of Shepherdsville passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Kosair Shriners and Fraternal Order of Police.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents Lawrence Albert, Sr. and Bethena Marie Bowman; his siblings Jackie Williams, Barbara Cummings, Sandra Burnett and James Bowman; his granddaughter Amber Rose Becker.
Larry is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Amelia Rose Bowman; his children Julie Ann Bowman of Louisville, Darla Dawn Burbank (Fred Jr.) of Shepherdsville, Angela Sue Bowman of Louisville; his brother John Arthur Bowman; his grandchildren Cara Walls (Michael), Fred Burbank III (Carolyn); along with several family members and friends.
Funeral Service will be held Monday, June 6, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central on Monday, June 27, 2022 at 12:30 P.M..
Visitation will be Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
