She was a native of Louisville, Kentucky and was preceded in death by her mother Angela and a brother Jon Paul Jolly.
She is survived by her husband Robert Slaughter, her father Paul Jolly (Melissa) of Crestwood, a son Nicholas Slaughter and a brother Tim Jolly of Crestwood.
Funeral Service is Friday at 7:00 p.m. at Maraman Billings Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Friday from 4-7 p.m.
