He was a Baptist by faith and a member of Clermont Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father Virgil Lee.
Howard is survived by his wife Doris Bowling Lee; his step daughter Gloria Jean Quartermouse of Shepherdsville; and 2 step grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 22, 2017 at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with burial to follow at Vine Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
