Harry Lee Bruce, Sr., 88 of Shepherdsville passed away on Monday, March 7, 2011.
He was a member of Valley Station Church of Christ, a Past Master Mason of Miles Lodge F. & A.M #341, a member of the Scottish Rite and a retiree of the old International Harvester.
He was preceded in death by his parents Forman W. and Agnes Mae Bruce, his wife Josephine E. Bruce, his sons Harry L. Bruce, Jr. (Bennie), and Rickie C. Bruce, his brothers William Stanley and Forman (Jr.), and two grandchildren Theresa Lynn and Roger Bruce.
Harry is survived by his sisters Audrey Shipley, Mildred Wilkerson and Wanda Kersey of Louisville; grandchildren Danny, Timothy and Cody Bruce, Lisa Pardon; great-grandchildren Tiffany Bruce, Haley Mumford, Gabrielle Bruce and Brandon Irvin; along with 3 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at Maraman Billings Funeral Home officiated by Cody Bruce with burial in South Jefferson Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. on Friday and after 9 a.m. on Saturday.
