Harold Raymond Rountree

Harold Raymond Rountree, 78 of Shepherdsville passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
Harold was the owner and operator of L&H Rod Shop. He was a member of the car club Fatboys and Central KY Street Rods. He loved his family, farming and never met a stranger.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Fannie Rountree; his siblings Leon Rountree, Gerald Rountree and Maeola Miracle; his granddaughter Ashleigh Rountree.
Harold is survived by his wife Barbara Ann Rountree; his sons Harold Raymond Rountree Jr. (Louann) of Georgetown and Joseph Thomas Rountree of Shepherdsville; his siblings Dairl Rountree (Lois) of Louisville, Arnold Rountree (Helena) of Shepherdsville, Barbara Whitney (Bill) of Fairdale and Shelby Rountree of Brandenburg; his grandchildren Harold Raymond Rountree III, Joseph Thomas Rountree Jr., Christina Ross and Tabitha Rountree; 5 great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews, family members and friends.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with burial to follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday from 2 -8 p.m. and Tuesday 9:00 a.m. until time of service at Maraman Billings Funeral Home.
