Cathy Elizabeth Elkins, 66 of Louisville passed away on February 11, 2022.
Cathy was a Catholic by faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Elkins; her parents James Richard and Daisy Elizabeth Wade; her siblings Charles Richard Wade, David Lee Wade, Michael Leroy Wade; her beloved dog Bella Wade.
Cathy is survived by her children Lucas Kelley Wilkerson and Kimberly Ann Wilkerson; her sister Carol Ann Kelley of Shepherdsville; her nieces Lisa Ann Wade, Tina Marie Wade, Lori Ann Kelley; her nephew Dale Allen Kelley.
A private time of remembrance in honor of Cathy will be held at later date.
