Carl Victor Howard

Carl Howard, 88 passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Norton Audubon Hospital.
He was a native of Deatsville, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents Victor Howard and Bertha Ferguson; his sisters Wanda Perkins, Ora Brutscher, and Dorothy Hall.
He is survived by his sister Evelyn Gidcumb of Gary, IN along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 12, 2018 at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 a.m. till time of service.
