Buddy Joe Freeman

Buddy Joe Freeman, born on August 15, 1962, in Louisville, Kentucky left this world on August 11, 2025, at UofL South Hospital. He was a cherished son, brother, and friend, known for his warm heart and gentle spirit.

Throughout his life, Buddy dedicated himself to his career in assembling pallets, a job he approached with a sense of pride and diligence. His commitment to his work was matched by his passions outside of the workplace. He was a regular attendee at Valley Chapel of Prayer, where he found community and strength among his fellow congregants.

Buddy had a great fondness for classic cars, relishing the stories and craftsmanship behind each vehicle. He delighted in the nostalgia they brought, often sharing tales of his favorites with friends and family. Additionally, his love for home-cooked meals was known to all, as nothing brought him greater joy than gathering with loved ones around the dinner table.

He is survived by his beloved mother, Sally Freeman; his siblings, Crystal Freeman and Robert Freeman; and his loyal furry companion, Teddy. Buddy is also preceded in death by his father, William Freeman.

Buddy Joe Freeman will be remembered for the warmth he spread and the lasting impact he made on those who were fortunate enough to know him. His memories will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will carry forward his legacy of kindness and love.
