Teresa "Terri" Lynn Warner 65, of Radcliff passed away Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Norton Audubon Hospital.
Terri was a Baptist by faith. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and arts and crafts.
Terri was preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Ethel Williamson; along with her brother David Williamson.
Terri is survived by her children Michael Williamson of Radcliff, Davida Kerr of Irvington, KY and Jeremy Kerr of Radcliff; her siblings Ernest Williamson of Louisville and Jennie Hodges of Hodgenville; along with her grandchildren Michael Williamson II and Alexandria Kerr.
The family has chosen cremation with no other services at this time.
