He was preceded in death by his father Skeets Holder.
Randy is survived by his wife of 4 years Stephanie Holder; his children Gavin, Hayley, Dominic and Devin Holder; his mother Pamela Hope (Larry Sr.) of Louisville; his sister Wendy Holder Hale (Anthony) and grandmother Martha Shain all of Louisville.
Funeral Service will take place Monday at 11:00 a.m. at W.G. Hardy Funeral Home 10907 Dixie Highway in Louisville. Burial will follow at Cave Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is Sunday 2-8 p.m. and on Monday 9 a.m. until time of service.
