He is survived by his wife Tina Rinehart; his parents Ethel and Norman Legg of Cleveland OH, his children Jeremy Reis (Sarah) of Sharonville OH, Chelsie Campbell (Alan) of Mt. Healthy OH; his siblings; Albert Rinehart (Ann), Scott Leety, Chirs Legg (Natosha), Tiffany Gracia (Joey), Marla Figeroa (Rick), along with 4 grandchildren.
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
