Estel Opel Fulks 88 of Louisville passed away on Monday 29, 2019 with his family by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents Estel Fulks and Violia Hood Fulks; his son John Fulks. Estel is survived by his loving wife Delores Fulks; his children Deborah Ann Perez, Linda Greenwood, Deborah Jan Cuevas, Delores Travino, Estel Fulks Jr., May Foss and Pearl Coole; 28 grandchildren; 73 great grandchildren; along with several other family members and friends.
