Archie Kenneth Tyler

May 2, 1942 - September 16, 2019

Archie Kenneth Tyler, 77 of Shepherdsville passed away on Monday, September 16, 2019 at Norton Audubon Hospital with his family by his side. He attended Cedar Grove Baptist Church. He retired from Mover Packaging. He was preceded in death by his parents Arch Tyler and Ruby Vogt; his wife Sarah Lanham Tyler; and his brothers Tim Vogt, Robert Tyler, and George Tyler. Archie is survived by his children Ronald Raye Tyler (Connie) of Shepherdsville, Kenneth Cline Tyler of Clarksville, IN, and Melissa Kaye Russell (Kenneth) of Shepherdsville; his siblings Norma Weakley (Art) of Prospect, Charles Tyler (Marianne) of LaGrange, Wayne Tyler (Theresa) of Buckner, and Jane Tyler McCoy (Don) of Crestwood; along with 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Sowders officiating. Burial to follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday 3-8 p.m. and Thursday 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Online condolences may be made at maramanbillings.com
